| The 10 Year Limited ReTherm Warranty | |
Drain water heat exchangers manufactured by ReTherm Energy Systems Inc. (RESI) are warranted against defects in design, material and workmanship, under normal use for which intended, for ten years after date of purchase. During the warranty period RESI will replace defective units. RESI will also pay one-way shipping charges. Warranty coverage is extended only to customers who have submitted a properly completed RESI Warranty Registration Form. This limited warranty does not cover: |

| 1. ReTherm units that have been altered, | |
| 2. Repairs done by persons other than authorized RESI service personnel, | |
| 3. Acts of God, | |
| 4. Incidental or consequential damages. | |
| RESI reserves the right to make design changes, improvements, and additions to its products without obligation to install such in products previously manufactured. | |
